In the third quarter of 2024, the top business finance and business solutions apps in South America showed varying trends in downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into these applications, offering a detailed look at how they performed on a unified platform.

SumUp: Payments and POS saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, peaking at about 17K in mid-September. The app's active users, however, experienced a slight decline from around 291K at the start of the quarter to approximately 239K by the end of September.

PayPal Business maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers hovering between 13K and 16K. Active users for the app showed a modest increase, starting at roughly 67K and reaching around 70K by the quarter's end.
